About Tania Hughes
For Tania, bodywork is a creative expression, a dance of communicating love and support for a fellow being.
As a yoga instructor, therapeutic massage and craniosacral therapist, Tania brings over fourteen years of experience to her therapeutic bodywork.
On the continuous path of yoga, she studies the therapeutics of yoga as a catalyst for healing the physical body as well as healing the spirit.
Tania's focus is to facilitate transformation of Self through connection to Mind, Body and Spirit. This work enables clients to step onto a path to heal themselves.
About Martie Sanders

Martie Sanders (LCMS) is a 1997 graduate of The Chicago School of Massage Therapy. She is a certified Pre/Postnatal Massage Therapist and Infant Massage Instructor. As a 16 year veteran of massage, she has been treating patients alongside Doctor Arrandt since 1999. Martie's therapeutic techniques include: Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Body-Mobilization Techniques, Breath Work for Vocalists, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, and Swedish Massage for Relaxation and Thai Stretching.
About Aline Silberg-Delpierre
Aline is passsionate about healing and learning more, in order to treat clients with various modalities of massage therapy.
Aline has over 8 years of bodywork experience. She is a 2006 graduate from the Soma National Massage therapy school, and graduated in 2009 from the first Master's program in Massage Therapy in the United States. Aline is certified in pregnancy, pre and postpartum, Acupressure points, Indian Head massage, Aromatherapy, Strain/ Counterstrain- release technique, Myofascial, Lymphatic Drainage, Special population (including Oncology, geriatric, and infants), Reiki Level 2, and Ayurvedic massage.
About Eddie Shafer
Eddie takes great pride in his work as a massage therapist maintaining quality while making his client’s feel at ease and comfortable.
Eddie L. Shafer has been a massage therapist in the Greater Chicago area for more than 8 years. His experiences range from assisting as a Therapist Aide at a Physical therapy clinic, facilitating body work with chiropractors, and working with trainers at various athletic clubs.
Eddie is well-versed in Clinical or Deep Tissue massage, and Swedish or Relaxation massage. Some of his additional skills fall into the range of Level One Thai and Craniosacral therapy.
About Mary Ann Reynold-Rage
Mary Ann has a passion for helping her patients get relief from their pain patterns.
Mary Ann Reynold-Rage has been a body worker since 1993. She graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. Her work includes a variety of techniques; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Reflexology, Reiki, Reciprical Inhibition and Sports Massage. She customizes treatment sessions according to the clients’ individual needs. Mary Ann has a passion for helping her patients get relief from their pain patterns. She uses her varied therapy techniques to help patients achieve their wellness goals.
